Nathan Pike (14) and Sabine O’Connor (15) represented Pt Chevalier at the Auckland Senior Athletics Championships at Trusts Stadium on the 1st and 2nd of March. Nathan ran an outstanding U18 Boys 400m final to claim the gold. Sabine was 3rd for Bronze in the U18 Women’s long jump and also competed in the 400m and 200m finals. Nathan also won the Bay of Plenty U18 400M Championship last week. Congratulations to both athletes, great to see the Pt Chev singlet at senior athletics events.
